Reflection
These activities were little in-class assignments that aided us in carrying an actual conversation in Spanish using the vocabulary and information learned in class. Taking what we were learning at the time, we would converse with people at our table using the conjugations and ideas we were taught, like imperfect preterite verbs, -ing verbs, and so on.
Why I Chose This Assignment
I chose this assignment because I was able to work on my fluency in Spanish and communication skills at the same time. It was a little challenging trying to remember the things we were taught and from there, applying them to our little conversations.
21st Century Skills
This assignment exemplifies the 21st century skill of Communication. Communication was the core of all the activities. Through this project I not only had to communicate, but do so in Spanish.
Current Growth
These activities helped grow my fluency in Spanish as well as my understanding of Spanish concepts by applying what we learned to real conversations.
Future Growth
I could probably work on my pronunciation of some of the Spanish terms in the future, but other than that, I don't think I did anything that needed to be changed.
